Dr. Holly is in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. 

She is contracted with
Regence and Premera.

Dr. Holly has been providing gentle chiropractic care in Seattle since 1995.   Her practice (named Inner Brilliance) was located in Queen Anne for almost 23 years, before moving to join Core Chiropractic and Wellness in 2018.

Dr. Holly uses aspects of many chiropractic techniques but the heart of her style is based in Tonal approaches, and especially Bio-Geometric Integration (“BGI) .  “What is BGI?”.  Tonal chiropractic refers to a refined and very gentle model of chiropractic that is focused on giving you the most precise and least invasive adjustment using minimal force so that your body learns to do more with less and does not become dependent on a large outside force to heal. 

Dr. Holly provides general wellness care to her patients and also works with a range of conditions including but not limited to musculoskeletal pain (neck, back, headache, extremities, ribs, hips, knees and jaw pain), pregnancy care (including pre and post), newborn care, pediatric care, recovery from accidents and injuries, mental/emotional imbalances, digestive disorders, grief and trauma processing, and hospice care.  

Dr. Holly became interested in chiropractic as a child, after her mother took her to see a chiropractor who performed a few gentle maneuvers; she remembers getting off the table and walking away without any pain (she had injured her knee) and had no recurrence of knee pain. She became so fascinated with this alternative (no drugs or surgery!) form of natural healthcare that she announced to her family when she was 12 that she would be a chiropractor when she grew up.

Dr. Holly is a Washington State Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic, and a member of the Washington State Chiropractic Association (WSCA), and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).

Holly lives in Meadowbrook with her partner Jim. She enjoys spending time with friends, taking long walks, gardening, yoga, learning, exploring, and growing.
