Journey to Health is an action oriented and outcomes-based program that puts you in control of recovering the best version of YOURSELF. Over the course of this program, you will receive coaching, support, and guidance to help you reach your goals. Journey to Health is structured in such a way as to provide you with the tools, resources, and support you need to adopt a realistic and sustainable lifestyle that allows you to step into a better version of yourself.
Program Structure: "Journey to Health" kicks off with an all-day retreat, then over the course of 10-weeks, we will meet three times with our group for 2-hours each session for support, education, accountability and goal setting. The group sessions are set up to provide a rich hands-on, skill building, educational experience in a safe group environment that will provide you with a LOT of support for change.
Throughout the course, you will be actively working on your (realistic, attainable) goals to reach your wellness vision. You will receive ongoing support from your group members as well as weekly individual coaching and encouragement through email from Dr. Gail.
You also have the option of meeting one-on-one with Dr. Gail for added support and coaching at any time during the course of the 10-weeks.
What you can expect from your journey.
▪ Discover. A new way of eating that is sensible, realistic and sustainable that will increase your energy, decrease inflammation and pain, and set you on a path that will revitalize you while helping you to break old habits, and cravings. Journey to Health is not a diet or a weight loss program but rather a path to sustainable change.
▪ Gather. More energy and vitality through attainable weekly physical activity challenges so that exercise and physical activity become part of your daily practice.
▪ Relax. Have more balance, and less stress learning restorative daily practices that will help you sleep more restfully, feel more anchored, balanced and grounded in your life.
Journey to Health is the result of Dr. Gail’s 35 years of study and testing of techniques that create a state of well-being and balanced health. The result is a proven process that is clear, accessible, reasonable and realistic.

Program Fee: $379.00 (this class is not covered by insurance), one-on-one sessions with Dr. Gail are $90 per one-hour session.
